Fun night & last club night
Fun Night–The last club night before Christmas. This starts at 6:30 please be prompt to allow team selection to take place. All swimmers are split into teams where 8 relay games are played followed by party food in the foyer (please bring party food to contribute to the great atmosphere).

Check the start time for distance badges; where possible they will be in the sessions of the ability of swimmer most likely to swim, however, for longer distances they will need to start earlier.

Half term Family swim
We struggle in the holidays to maintain the level of volunteers at the club to run normal lessons, we all deserve a break as well. However, the joy swimming brings is important for families to enjoy so here is an opportunity for you and your family to swim at no extra cost! If you swim in the 6:30 or 7:00pm sessions, you may swim for an hour between 6:30-7:30. If you normally swim 7:30 or 8:00 please swim between 7:30-8:30. If you have two siblings in different sessions, you choose what is best for you. Adult swim as normal at 8:30-9:00. Please make sure there is an adult in with your child/ren (we don’t want 50 children unaccompanied, it would defeat the point of it!). There should be some instructors there, but not to teach.
annual gala
An amazing night steeped in club history, some of our trophies go back to 1936 when the club was founded! Swimmers will receive entry forms prior to this and they should select which races they wish to compete in. Please encourage your son/daughter to compete, this is a very long running tradition of the club. The gala will be held on a club night starting at 6:30, a separate program of the races will be published for the night. All swimmers will race in age groups. Under 7 & 9 race 1st so they can go home early.
