Plunge Dive–These are competed for on a normal club night starting at 8.00pm.The aim of the ‘Plunge’ is to dive in and glide as far as you possibly can without moving. You have 2 dives, furthest counts. Girls, Boys, Ladie’s and Men’s trophies are awarded.
