SSC governance
Sleaford Swimming Club is administered by an elected committee, who meet on a quarterly basis to discuss relevant management and strategic issues. Members of the committee are formed from parents of club swimmers and other suitable representatives.
An annual general meeting (AGM) is held by the club on a yearly basis and all parents and members of the swimming club are encouraged to participate.
